Manchester United goalkeeper, David de Gea is now the highest paid in Premier League History following his new £400,000 per week contract with the club.
David De Gea came to United from Atletico Madrid in 2011 and has since then made a super- time impression at Old Trafford.
The 28 years old man was approaching a free transfer next summer when Manchester United apprehended the move to extend his services until June 2020, by a one-year contract last November.
De Gea has just signed a £400,000-a-week contract with United making him the highest-paid player in the Premier League.The fee includes huge bonuses to engage his future at the club.
This will beat Alexis Sanchez being the current Premier League’s highest paid player still under Manchester with £350,000 per week.
