Angel Di Maria reveals why he left United

Former United winger, Angel Di Maria says a row with Louis van Gaal was the reason he left the club.

Di Maria had just one year experience at the North West club on a £57m deal from Real Madrid in 2014.

The Argentina international struggled to find his true form and was out of favor sight of the fans until he accepted a move to PSG in the summer of 2015.

Earlier this month,he reminded fans at the Theatre of Dreams of he has something to offer with goals assist in the Parisians’ 2-0 Champions League last-16, first-leg victory over the Red Devils.

”I was at Manchester and everything was fine with Van Gaal during the first two months – after one fight, things weren’t the same.

”This fight with Van Gaal occurred because he was always showing me bad and negative things and all that held me back.

”One day I fought with him.

I told him I didn’t want to see those things any more, that I was doing things well and asked why he wasn’t showing me good things.
