Liverpool goes back top as United suffers 3 Man injury

Liverpool has returned to the Premier League table top with a one point lead over Manchester City after being held to 0-0 draw at Manchester United on Sunday evening .

The Reds came into the game on same level points with champions City, who are absent in Premier League action this weekend due to face Chelsea in the League Cup final.

The title contenders however, went below their best, as they made basic errors and struggled to find any sort of fluidity.

Meanwhile,United suffered series of half-time injuries seeing their star men Ander Herrera, Juan Mata and Jesse Lingard off the pitch for substitutes.

Liverpool,Roberto Firmino also picked an injury in the opening 45 minutes bringing total injury cases to four.
