Brentford hands Spurs price for Said Benrahma

Brentford have told Tottenham Hotspurs they will have to spend big to sign winger Said Benrahma.

Benrahma joined Brentford last summer when they paid French side Nice an undisclosed fee for his signature, but reports now claim the Championship club would demand £30m for him.

The 223 year-old forward has nine goals so far this season and 11 assists,which has attracted Spurs scouts and Arsenal are also showing interest.

However, the club is in a strong position as the young star still has contract till 2022, while they also have the option to keep him for a further year and may not need to hurry a cash in for him.
