Raul Jimenez signs €35m permanent contract with Wolves to stay till 2023.
Raul Jimenez has penned down a permanent contract deal to stay at Wolverhampton Wanderers until 2023, having impressed on his loan move from Benfica, meeting his €35m release clause.
Jamenez, 27 joined Atletico Madrid from Club America in 2014, before signing for Benfica one year later
He is now the most expensive transfer in the history of Wolves,having overtaken Adama Traore who arrived last summer from Middlesbrough.
Wolverhampton Wanderers announced the move with a video through their official Twitter account on Wednesday.
The Mexican has helped his team moved to seventh position on the Premier League table scoring 15 goals in all competitions this season.
