Coutinho denies using goal celebration gesture to insult ‘anyone’



Barcelona forward, Philippe Coutinho has denied using his goal celebration gesture to insult ‘anyone’ after he put fingers in ears.

What he meant with the gesture?

That was a sort of strange ways to express joy over his goal, some reactions tripped-in when the Brazilian ran towards the stands putting fingers in his ears, after he scored the third against Manchester United in their Champions League quarter finals second leg.

The gesture appeared to be a response to those who had questioned his performances, but in response,Phillpe Courtinho has termed it a criticism by critics to ”demotivate”

“We should never listen to people who want to demotivate us,

“Because their speech will distract us from our real goal.
