Niko Kovac happy with his Bayern’s performance

Bayern Munich manager, Niko Kovac has said his side 1-0 win over Werder Bremen in their Bundesliga tie was a deserved victory.

Niklas Sule scored the only goal of the game with 15 minutes remaining ending Bremen’s unbeaten run this ampaign.

Kovac’s took full advantage of Milos Veljkovic’s red card in the 58th minute as they moved closer to a Bundesliga title on now four points clear of Borussia Dortmund,

And Niko Kovac on the club’s official website said;

”I wish that we would have used the multiple chances we had to get 2-0 or 3-0, but the 1-0 is enough.

”The win is fully deserved.

”It was difficult for both teams today.

”We knew that Bremen are very difficult to play against.

”We had to play patiently.

”The dismissal has certainly made things easier in the second half.
