Injury boost: Vinicius returns to action for Real Madrid

Real Madrid has received with excitement an injury boost following the return of Vinicius after an ankle injury he suffered during their Champions League clash against Ajax on March 5.

Zinedine Zidane’s main objective is to get a look at his whole squad before making decisions on players for the next campaign With a Champions League spot secured for next season.

For Los Blancos Vinicius is one of the shining lights to come from a dark season, as the Brazilian attacker helped pull the team together during their most difficult period of the season in January and February.

Speculation are already on as to who Real Madrid will buy this summer, with some of Europe’s heavyweights being linked to the capital, but few new faces will be able to light up the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu like Vinicius has done this season.

Even as he found his feet and matured as a player, he also managed to impress and he looked like a professional.

But Zidane is a manager who doesn’t like to rush players back from injury, however Vinicius is now closer than ever to returning and should be available to get some minutes under his belt against Getafe at the Coliseum Alfonso Perez on Thursday night.

The 18-year owes some game time to the club and fans, and well as make up for this summer in time for Brazil’s Copa America.
