Europa League: Pedro scored leveler as Chelsea grabs away advantage

Chelsea striker, Pedro has scored a leveler to hands the blues an away goal advantage as they recovered from an early setback against Eintracht Frankfurt in their Europa League semi-final first leg.

Luka Jovic, superbly steered in Filip Kostic’s ball to give his side an early lead before Pedro thrashed home just towards end of the half-time.

Chelsea would have claimed the victory when David Luiz went close with his dipping free-kick going over the bar.

Chelsea is now the first team to play 16 successive Europa League matches without defeat, breaking the record set by Atletico Madrid from 2011 to 2012.

And may extend further when they welcome Frankfurt next week at Stamford Bridge.
