United dressing room splits over new deals for Young, Smalling, Jones.

The UK Times reports,Manchester United players are angry over contract renewal offers to Ashley Young, Chris Smalling and Phil Jones.

United had offered an extension to Smalling in December,to keep him at the club until 2022.

And Jones a new four-and-a-half year deal in February and Young was given a one-year contract to extend his stay at Old Trafford for another season.

But are giving deaf ears to David De Gea’s contract demands, as the goalkeeper wants parity with the club’s top earner Alexis Sanchez, who is on a £400,000-a-week which is topped up by bonuses.

Ander Herrera left United after the club failed to agree on a reasonable terms and Juan Mata has not yet agreed a new deal.

And some players said the English players ‘do not merit the deals they have enjoyed, compared with other members of the squad.
