Ajax youngster, Dillon Hoogewerf joins United

Ajax youngster, Dillon Hoogewerf, has announced he has completed a deal to join Manchester United this summer,according to Metro UK

Hoogewerf announced his United move via a video clip he posted on his Instagram page.

The 16-year-old made the video wearing his Ajax kit at the start and ended with him wearing a Red Devils Jersey with Man United anthem “Take Me Home United Road” being played in the background of the video.

Dillon has 10 goals and six assists for Ajax’s U-17 this season.

United have been planing a move for the teenager in recent weeks and Head of Ajax’s youth academy, Said Ouaali, confirmed in May that Hoogewerf was set to leave the Dutch giants.

”Dillon has indicated last week that he will leave the club.” Oualli told Ajax TV.
”He is leaving for a foreign club. We wish him a lot of success and know that we have done everything to keep him.
