Antoine Griezmann transfer to FC Barcelona is receiving positive yieldings after he agreed terms to join the Laliga champions,according to L’Equipe.
The forward is understood to have made it public his intension to leave the Wanda Metropolitano, just 12-months after turning down a move to the Nou Camp.
He has now accepted terms on a five-year deal, which will see him earn a huge sum of €17million (£15m) annually.
Griezmann’s release clause is set to lower on Monday, due to stipulations inserted within his contract.
The Frenchman previously had a buy-out value of £180m (€200m), which will drop considerably to £107m (€120m).
Meanwhile, manager Diego Simeone has sought the possibility of involving Barca defender, Nelson Semedo in the deal, despite the Catalans not willing to let their player out.
