Leicester City have completed a £30m transfer move for Ayoze Perez from Newcastle United for four-years.
The 25-year-old Spanish striker has committed to a four-year deal with the Foxes after an impressive 2018-19 campaign which saw him record a personal best return of 12 goals.
Perez intended going back to his homeland, but have seen the Premier League rivals retain his ability to the ranks at the King Power Stadium.
Ayoze Perez has become the club’s second signing of the summer, after James Justin who joined from Luton.
Speaking after his signing, Perez told the club’s official website his excitement;
”I’m very happy and very pleased. I’m very proud to be part of the Leicester family and I can’t wait to get started.
