Ole Solskjaer’s first game after appointment as Manchester United permanent boss against Watford ended in 2-1 in favor of the Red devils.
Ole’s men were kept in checks by the unlucky Hornets in half-time with lots of chances against the home side.
Thanks to Luke Shaw who found Marcus Rashford when coolly dinked the ball over the keeper to score his tenth league of the season 28 minutes into the game.
Watford continued to terrorize the Red devils in the second half when Roberto Pereyra and Lee Hughes exert extra energy but unlucky to convert.
Solskjaer’s side increased their lead when Anthony Martial at the 72nd minute made a second attempt that converted Jesse Lingard’s pass 2-0 before Abdoulaye Doucoure scored late on for Javi Gracia’s side.
United now sit fourth on the League table having climbed just a point above Arsenal at fifth and same 61 points to compete with Tottenham.
