Manchester United have reportedly reached €70m agreement with Sporting Lisbon for the transfer of their midfielder, Bruno Fernandes.
The former Udinese and Serie A’s Sampdoria player had impressed for the Portuguese club last season also helping the Portuguese national team win the UEFA Nations League when they defeated Netherlands in the final.
According to reports by Corriere dello Sport, the Red Devils now have an agreement in place with Sporting Lisbon and have agreed a fee of around €70m for the Portuguese.
It’s also suggested the player will land in Manchester to undergo his medical at the club. But they deny that signing Fernandes will kill United’s hopes for Sergey Milinkovic-Savic.
