Dujon Sterling has completed a summer transfer move from Chelsea to Wigan Athletic,on a season-long loan deal.
The 19-year-old is the Lactics fifth summer signing after David Marshall, Antonee Robinson, Lewis Macleod and Joe Williams earlier joined the club.
Sterling impressed during his loan stint with Coventry last season,and has won the FA Youth Cup as well as the UEFA Youth League with Chelsea, both on two occasions.
”I heard really good things about the gaffer here and he loves giving young players opportunities.
”I just want to learn from him and hopefully he can make me a better player”, he told the club’s website.
He will wear the No.15 jersey for his new club during the activities of the 2019-2020 season.
