Loan deals are looming for big named players particularly, Brazilian duo, Phillipe Coutinho and Neymar Jnr as both are reportedly being offered to Premier League sides, Manchester United and Arsenal FC.
Barcelona manager, Valverde has confirmed the club will try to ship off some players and in the meanwhile, Arsenal are trying to ulteriorly reinforce their squad.
According to L’Equipe, Coutinho will leave the Calatans after the arrival of Griezmann and will join Gunners on loan before the window closes.
The report goes against what Arsenal boss Unai Emery said over the weekend, claiming that the club had never spoken about signing Coutinho.
Emery told SER the club are not in talks with the Brazilian when he was asked about signing Coutinho following Arsenal’s clash with Barca: “We’ve never talked about Coutinho.
“He’s a splendid player, but we haven’t talked about Coutinho at any time.”
But the L’Equipe report comes from the journalist who was the first to report Neymar’s desire to leave PSG this summer – and reported Barcelona’s interest in signing him.
From the other end, Paris Saint-Germain have offered Coutinho’s former Barcelona team-mate, Neymar to Manchester United following his consistent effort to force a move from Le Parc des Princes.
However, Spanish newspaper, Sport, reports the French Ligue 1 champions after series of threats to scare Barcelona away whom Neymar wants to return are willing to let him off on a €20m loan deal to Old Trafford.
