Chelsea manager, Frank Lampard has prepared a whooping sum of £70m to ship-in Leicester City’s left-back Ben Chilwell when the club’s transfer ban ends.
The blues new boss, Lampard cannot sign players for his Chelsea side until next summer, or January if an appeal by the club is successful.
However, the 41-year-old already has his first target in mind,Ben Chilwell according to reports.
Chilwell was a target for Manchester City earlier this summer, but boss Pep Guardiola eventually signed Angelino from PSV Eindhoven to provide competition for Alex Zinchenko and Benjamin Mendy.
The 22-year-old has also been linked with Arsenal as well as Barcelona and Atletico Madrid.
With the English transfer window having closed last week, Ben Chilwell has missed out on a move to a Premier League rival.
