Manchester United and Inter Milan are yet to reach an agreement over a loan move for Alexis Sanchez to join up with the Italian giants this summer, BBC reports.
The Series A party hoped to see if by the end of this week they could put Sanchez on loan.
But the 30-year-old’s £390,000-a-week salary is proving to be problematic, as Inter are only prepared to pay less than half of the amount.
Despite the fact that Sanchez is keen to move away from Old Trafford, reports claims he doesn’t want to accept any significant wage cut that would make the move easier to complete.
Inter remain keen on the Chile forward, who has scored just five goals in a season-and-a-half playing for the reds.
