The convener of RevolutionNow, Omoyele Sowore has been freed after spending more than three months in the Department of State Services (DSS) custody.
Sowore was arrested and charged to court by the Nigerian government for leading a movement tagged #RevolutionNow to oust President Muhammedu Buhari.

The crusader of the #RevolutionNow on Thursday evening regained freedom after the Federal High Court in Abuja ordered his release for the third time.
Sowore is expected to appear in court on Friday for commencement of trial.
A DSS source disclosed this on Thursday night before one of his lawyers, Marshall Abubakar, later confirmed the development. “He has been released. I am with him as we speak,” he told TheCable over the phone.
