Everton midfielder, Sigurdsson surprised at United under-performance

Manchester United performance was abysmally below fans expectations and extended to ever opposition in such a time as they claim a top four spot is their only goal left for the season and Everton midfielder, Gylfi Sigurdsson too was was shocked after their 4-0 win against the Red devils.

The Toffeemen thrashed United to a 4-0 defeat at Goodison Park in their Premier League clash yesterday.

Everton took the wheels when Richarlison score a 13 minutes opener and Sigurdsson doubled 15 minutes later.

Sigurdsson beat United goalkeeper David De Gea in the bottom-left corner.

And the Icelandic star made a hilarious revelation to Stadium Astro.

In an after match interview with David Kitson, he was asked if he was surprised to get so much space against United, the Everton star replied, ”I actually can’t remember what was going on.

”I remember getting the ball against Nemanja Matic.

”It was on the counter-attack as they were going forward.

”As soon as I went inside, there weren’t too many options

”So, I saw the goal and it was nice to put it in,Sigurdsson said.
