Manchester United players hurried to the on-pitch screens to watch Odion Ighalo’s goal replays after opening Thursday’s 5-0 victory over LASK in their last-16 first leg of the Europa League.
Ighalo continued his impressive start to life at United, with a sensational strike against the Austrian side.
The 30-year-old controlled a short pass from Bruno Fernandes and took three more touches before firing in the ball.
The goal had echoes of Tony Yeboah’s famous strike against Wimbledon.
His team-mates all turned to the monitor to have a look at the strike again.
Daniel James, Juan Mata, Mason Greenwood, and Andreas Pereira all added to Ighalo’s goal, as they all but sealed their place in the next round.
