The Spanish reveals the shot-stopper has a release clause of  80m (£70m) and could be the only stumbling block to the Gunners if they fail in their last chance to qualify for next season’s Champions League by winning the Europa League.

As Sportsmail reported in February, failure to return to European football’s most prestigious club competition will likely leave Emery with a budget of around £45m to work with in the summer.
